If you are using the WordPress WooCommerce plugin, do not hide the fixed shipping option if the system offers free shipping above a certain price.

For example, if the customer ordered $99 or more, but both Free shipping and Fixed Shipping fees are written in the shipping section, you hide the fixed shipping fee with this plugin.
